HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We’re so glad you’re excited about your order. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. The arrival date will depend on the ship method selected at checkout. We have 2 delivery speeds - FIRST CLASS 5-7 Day Delivery ($6.00) and PRIORITY 2-3  Day Guaranteed Delivery. ($8.95)

Yes, we ship worldwide, with 2 delivery speeds-- FIRST CLASS with a 10-21 delivery day ($8.95) and PRIORITY 7-10 day delivery ($12.95). A small duty or tax fee may apply-- please contact customerservice@goodworksmakeadifference.com for details.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS ABOUT MY ORDER, WAS IT PLACED?

If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order, you may have checked out as a guest or did not enter your e-mail address correctly. it is also possible the order was not fully placed. Please reach out to Customer Service at customerservice@goodworksmakeadifference.com if you did not receive your Order Confirmation and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.

MY ORDER IS BEING RETURNED TO GOOD WORKS, WHAT DO I DO?

Undeliverable orders due to customer or address error will require re-shipment. Good Works will happily cover the cost of the second attempt, only after the original order has returned to our HQ - we want to make sure you receive your order!
